Learning From Home With My Kids: What a Disaster
Today was a hard day for me. I had a learning from home session with my kids, because the country made a decision to make all learning from home. Technically we are in wartime, although nothing much is really happening.
It was really heavy on me.
Something is not flowing
I realized that I don't really express myself in a correct way. There's something that is not correct, and I don't know what it is. Something is not flowing in my psyche, some kind of block.

This idea didn't just come to me today. I think about it every day, but today there was like emphasis on it.
How I want my kids to learn
Another thing I think about is how I want my kids to learn right, like my father did with me. Earlier today, when I was teaching my kids, I was very neurotic with the process, unlike my husband, who was more peaceful doing it.
So that's what happened so far today, but it made me thoughtful about everything in my psyche, like I always was...
Searching for a psychiatrist online
I searched some psychiatrists online and found some that I think will do what's needed. But I'm still skeptical about paying in dollars for that service. I don't know if I'm stingy. I don't think I am, but maybe it's because I don't trust that it will benefit me for the money paid. I have tried many times already.
After finishing their sessions online
I said, I need to get these feelings out. I can't hold these things in anymore.
And guess what, writing is healing. This will be my first article after a long time of disconnection.
A question for you
What happened in your day today that needs to be vented out? I would like to hear about it sincerely.
